This Privacy Policy explains how Pensago LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Hum (the "Service") and the website at usehum.app.

Information we collect

• • Operational data our customers connect to the Service (point-of-sale, scheduling, marketing, and customer-contact data) to operate their own businesses.
• • Contact details — including phone numbers and email addresses — captured by our customers from their own guests, used to provide messaging and CRM features on their behalf.
• • Usage data (log data, device/browser info) to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to communicate with you; and to send messages (email and SMS) that our customers initiate to their own audiences with appropriate consent.

SMS / text messaging

Where enabled, Hum sends SMS on behalf of our customers (for example, post-visit review requests and marketing or transactional updates) only to recipients who have provided consent.

• • Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing, and SMS consent is not shared with any third parties except subprocessors (e.g., our messaging provider) strictly to deliver the messages you requested.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, email, and SMS delivery providers) under contract, and as required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of SMS by replying STOP. To request access or deletion of your information, contact us.
