Pricing questions
How is "location" defined?
A location is a physical storefront with its own POS terminal or its own books. A ghost kitchen counts. A delivery-only brand without a separate physical space typically does not.
Do all the tools come with every plan?
Yes. Hum is sold as a platform, not as modules. Per-user permissions let you decide who sees what.
What about onboarding?
Single is self-serve with documentation. Growth and Multi-brand include a guided onboarding where we wire up POS, GBP, Google Ads, and books on a working call.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month on Single and Growth. Annual options available for a discount. Multi-brand is typically a 12-month engagement so onboarding and migrations are worth it.
Can I bring my own integrations?
Yes. Toast, QuickBooks Online, Google Ads, Meta, Resend, Open-Meteo, Search Console, GA4 are wired today. Others on request.
