About
Built by an operator who got tired of paying for ten tools.
Hum was born inside a hospitality group in Northwest Arkansas. Seven brands, eleven locations, a marketing team of two, and a software stack that grew one Klaviyo trial at a time until it became unmanageable.
The first version solved a campaign-attribution problem: which Klaviyo emails were driving actual visits to the restaurants? Then the calendar moved in. Then scheduling. Then ordering. Then training. Within eighteen months, the team was running its entire operation out of one platform — and paying for almost none of the tools it had been paying for at the start.
We're opening Hum to other operators because we already know it works. We use it on our own brands every day. Every feature on the site is something we depend on, not something we're hoping you'll find useful.
If you run more than one P&L from one office, Hum was probably built for you.

We're operators. Easiest way to figure out if Hum fits is a 15-minute call where we walk through your stack.
No credit card. No sales loop. We're an operator, not a quota.
